    Tolles Arbeitsklima sowie nette und motivierte Kollegen. Mitarbeiter bekommen exzellente Trainings, haben gute Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten und transparente Aufstiegschancen. Vergütung ist überdurchschnittlich.

    Cons

    Wie typisch für eine Unternehmensberatung ist natürlich die Work Life Balance verbesserungsfähig. Zudem wird eine hohe Reisebereitschaft vorausgesetzt.

    Steile Lernkurve, super Integration ins Team, hilfreiches Feedback, interessante Kollegen und Reisemöglichkeit; dazu eine rundum freundliche Unternehmenskultur, die optimale Entfaltungsmöglichkeit bietet

    teilweise lange Arbeitszeiten, Reisetätigkeit kann anstrengend sein; erstaunlich viele BWLer, nicht so kunterbunt gemischt wie teilweise angegeben ist, wenig public sector jobs

    Advice to Management

    mehr nicht-BWLer rekrutieren; educational leave großzügiger gestalten, siehe McKinsey, mehr Personal auf die einzelnen Projekte staffen um Überbelastung zu vermeiden

    Tolles team, große Verantwortung, tolle Extras (Hotels, Essen,...), steile Lernkurve

    Sehr lange Arbeitszeiten, stressig, teils wird unnötige Arbeit erledigt, die nie wieder gebraucht wird (zB eine Vielzahl von Backup Slides)

    - Hohe Arbeitsbelastung mit Arbeitszeiten bis regelmäßig 23-24 Uhr und später
    - Großer Aufwand zur Vorbereitung der Interviews

    Es gibt ehrlich gesagt kaum Nachteile hier ein Praktikum zu machen wenn man etwas lernen möchte und herausfinden will ob die Strategieänderung etwas für einen sein könnte.
