I worked at Boston Consulting Group full-time for more than 3 years

      Pros

Liked the managers and team across the offices in the region. Good variety of projects and interesting problems. Opportunity to interact with senior management.

      Cons

Limited choice between projects. Heavy travel can be exhausting. Incentive system not geared towards maximizing intellectual honesty, but rather, satisfying clients, at least in the short term.

      Advice to Management

Maintain high hiring standards. Focus more on development of junior team members. Ensure projects are of a quality befitting the integrity of the firm.
