    The culture is fantastic with both a high bar in terms of excellence and caring about people and their development. I found so many opportunities to grow and developed my skills in this international environment. Also great opportunities to experiences abroad

    Not much to be fair. I feel that we could be better at hiring from broader backgrounds to sustain our growth

    Keep doing what you are doing. Ensure that you maintain this high level of excellence while avoiding any complacency.

    Very good place to work at. Great culture, great people. The new office in NYC is state of the art.

    Hours can be long and work life balance is not always easy. Work often requires traveling

    Keep your focus on people development. Keep an eye on work life balance. Company culture is great, protect it at all cost

    Crazy long hours, politics among partners, local office structure can be hit or miss

    Get balance into staff lives or the turnover will continue to rise, replace PALs that are political appointees with true experts and leaders

    I learned a ton. I was given great opportunity, and the people are the best I have ever worked with in my career.

    Cons

    BCG does almost everything it can, but it is hard to sustain long term.

    Travel and hour can be difficult. Company is dealing with Long hours, but not travel. Wish it wasn't up or out culture
