    Pros

    Office culture makes working very enjoyable, cases are varied and interesting and training is excellent. Learning curve is just as steep as they tell - in a good way.

    Cons

    Workload can be high and unpredictable at times. However, no worse hours than in other MBB competitors should be expected.

    - Good salary - Smart people

    Cons

    - Very high pressure - Partners and principals usually do not care about employees private life, making them work like crazy 80-100 hours on a regular basis - Poor culture with lack of communication

    Try to look at the initiatives that have been implemented to improve w/l balance. They seem not to work
