I worked at Boston Consulting Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Amazing people. Incredibly smart and nice - Feedback and development focused learning environment - Great compensation and benefits - Opens the door to so many opportunities - Doesn't shame you about wanting to leave, actually helps and encourages you - Getting better at handling work + life balance issues through different programs (like PTO where the project team effectively gets a group therapist every... week or Time For You, aka unpaid leave of absence where the company pays for your healthcare still)

    Pros

Great office location, beautiful set up, friendly people. Easy work-life balance.

    Cons

No one is empowered to make a decision, all ppt slides required to be client ready even when just to be used internally.. Favoritism everywhere. Below average comp.

I have been working at Boston Consulting Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

benefits, tuition reimbursement, culture, diversity, good first time job opportunities.

    Cons

Work-life balance can get to be somewhat difficult when supporting 12+ people. Once per quarter wfh days even though job is 100% remote. Can be hard to "shine" or stand out to managers when there is such a large team.
