    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Boston Healthcare Associates full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Great coworkers, supportive environment, better work/life balance than a typical consulting job, and interesting work. Flexibility to work remotely when needed, but an environment that I don't like to be away from!

    Cons

As with any consulting job, it gets crazy certain times of year.

    Advice to Management

    Keep the culture going!

    Pros

Caring staff. Informal Structure. Large amount of responsibility awarded to interns. They truly value your input as an intern.

    Cons

Perhaps try to assign projects more efficiently so there are less slow periods.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Boston Healthcare Associates full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

Positive, collegial atmosphere with significant opportunity to take initiative and be presenting to clients.

    Cons

BHA was very focused on its niche, and didn't offer the professional development that larger consulting operations would.

    Advice to Management

Bring in a traditional senior consultant to develop training materials and build the fundamentals for younger staff.
