I worked at Boston Market (More than a year)
It's an OK starter job and the hours are flexible. Best for part-time work.
Higher management is pretty clueless when it comes to what customers want since they kept discontinuing some of our most popular products. People who are hired for management positions aren't usually the best and brightest or have terrible people skills. I asked for more hours several times and I got cut instead.
Advice to Management
Listen to your customers. Understand what their favorite items are. Respect your employees and remember that they are people. If you are hiring people for management positions, make sure that they should be good leaders.
