    Pros

    you learn a lot about customer service and gain experience with inventory and other management duties so when u go to a better place, you would have a strong background in management from Boston market. they care about having well trained managers.

    Cons

    don't value seniority of employees, hardly ever would give a raise and bad insurance plans.

    Advice to Management

    stop asking so much for so little. to get the quality you promise your customers, u need to pay your employees to do that for you! this corporation is going to go down for cutting labor.

    Boston Market has a ton of passionate employees that care deeply about the success of their employees and their restaurants. There are a lot of examples of employees that started as team members with the company and grew into management level positions. They also have great food that the team can feel proud to serve.

    Pros

    The Support Center is located in a very pretty and accessible area of Golden and is full of very talented people who are committed to Boston Market. The center itself is open and comfortable and includes a gym, nice meeting spaces, and provides close access to hiking trails and shopping centers.

    Based on department, there are absolutely opportunities for professional growth and development.

    The product itself is very good.

    The people who work here are overall friendly and easy to work with.

    Cons

    Not a lot of opportunities to work remotely.

    Advice to Management

    Consider non monetary benefits such as flexible schedules, remote working opportunities, working groups, a structured mentoring program, or onsite childcare to bring in a larger and more diverse candidate pool.

    Pros

    Easy and flexible scheduling. None of the work was terribly difficult or high pressure so there was rarely a bad day.

    Cons

    The employee turnover was very high for both lower level employees and management. Unfortanetly, the general manager I had enjoyed working for left the store, afterwards there was some turnover between general managers and I left.

    Advice to Management

    The constant turnover even in management meant that it was inconsistent to work there and you never knew when you had have a new boss to learn to work with.

    Pros

    Nice family eatery. Learned great customer service skills. Got to learn alot about produce, inventory, and building Maintenance & keeping building up and operations for inspection.

    Cons

    Not enough hours; no pay increases, no room for advancement and growth when it came to me per say, a few individual run in's, with understaff,
