    not a lot of pros honestly.

    horrible management. Staff they hire are rude.

    run your store like a professional, not a food truck.

    Pros

    There are none to list. This company blows chunks to work for and I will never eat their bag in the box food again.

    Cons

    When it was time to give out raises (which is twice a year), I reviewed a list of all employees in my 8 store area and literally saw 10 names on it and the max raise was 25 cents. this company is built on lies, they treat their people like dirt and will work them into the ground until they quit. I've been in this business over 40 yrs and this was by far the WORST JOB I ever had. To this day I go out of my way to let everybody know how bad they suck.

    Advice to Management

    This is to area mgrs. and up...Get your greedy little heads out of your behinds and try treating people with respect, and PAY THEM FOR WHAT THEY DO!!!

    Easy to learn the job.

    Cons

    Unprofessional company management. Performance evaluations not always shared won employee, raises non-existent or conditionally provided. Good work not rewarded even when advancement is sought. Best workers are exploited to point of burnout, not paid more for more work intensive/demanding positions

    Advice to Management

    Treat your good employees with respect and value their hard work- demonstrate this with raises (even if small). Follow through on promises to promote qualified candidates. Stop micromanaging even your top performers. Good people are leaving your company because of this.

    Nothing,Too many cooks in the kitchen

    Cons

    I got a job at a store that closed right after Thanksgiving, severance wasn't paid out correctly

    The only pro was our last two managers

    Cons

    They took away the only one who cared about us

    Get our manager back and listen to the employees that are loyal and not those that have to lie to keep there job

    Vacation & Sick pay...payroll deducted auto & homeowners ins

    Cons

    pay is horrible and as a shift manager you do the job of 3 ppl....high turnover of employees...GM's and area managers also...area managers only care about their bonuses which are achieved thru their workers...ridiculous...after 3 years of busting butt everyday with no thanks for anything I left for a better paying working environment
