Very positive work environment, great direct management of the Interpreters department, well-run. They value your contribution and allow you to work at a self-regulated fast pace, so you're always busy but without feeling anyone breathing down your neck. Love the current setup. Great benefits package.

The neighborhood. I like BMC, once I'm there, but I hate the areas I need to walk through coming and going. Did I mention I hate the neighborhood???
