Current Employee, more than 8 years

After almost 10 years here I am looking to move only because of the pay

    Business Outlook

    Pros

Great collaborative atmosphere, great colleagues, work can be flexible depending on the area you work in and your manager. The wok atmosphere is generally very inclusive and benefits are good.

    Cons

The pay can be disappointing because most of the research positions are funded by grants. Depending on which department you work in sometimes basic supporting equipment for research can also be unavailable.
