I have been working at Boston Medical Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Starts off with decent pay $15/hour or higher, usually 4 day work weeks. Work is not hard and allows for other opportunities such as school or other.

    Cons

Management is not of highest quality. Virtually no room for advancement. Management makes the job harder than it is. The nature of the job is difficult at times. Can be a stressful environment.

    Advice to Management

Treat employeess with the highest quality and it becomes a trickle down effect. If your employees want to come to work, that means they want to produce. The other side is also true.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Boston Medical Group full-time

    Pros

Own office, decent pay and work closely with respectable doctors. Good experience and easy sales but no commission.

    Cons

Constant change, commission could be much better. Micro managed on phone calls through five9 and not many patients to call on to keep calls high.

    Advice to Management

Reward the employees that actually do the work. Pay your employees on time and dont hide behind emails. Conference calls with upper management to tell the direction of company would be much better than emails pointing out negatitves on employees.
