    I worked at Boston Pizza full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    There are flexible hours and fluid management, but this is due to the lack of structure. You are able to create own strategy and bring ideas to life, however only for one of the hundreds of BPs. You get to eat free?

    Cons

    There are no benefits and it is a very loose contract, which as entry level marketing is difficult to understand. It is very difficult to advance as you are not working in the head office. You work within the restaurant and are given a laptop and sit either at a booth in the restaurant, or if you're lucky in the GM office that is filled with all the restaurant papers, invoices, receipts, kitchen managers, etc. The hours...
