    Pros

This company is very well know and every hospital is familiar with the products. On every GPo

    Cons

Good 'Ol boys community. If you are not part of this group and you would know it if you were, you won't last. Management can't hang onto good talent and does not provide growth for reps. You will be treated like a number and as always replaceable. It is every person for their self and managers do not want to help and are not knowledgeable enough. Be aware of what you are getting into

    Advice to Management

Where to begin? The managers do not support the sales force. Very little knowledge outside of where they have been ventured in product and clinical. The managers and area directors are only looking out for themselves and a very select few. The sales reps obviously see it and think it is a shame. Women's health reps and promoted reps turned managers are not the solution to growing this company. It seems to be a toxic environment of where good talent stays only for a short term.

    Pros

BSC was a terrific company to work for. They are progressive and fair to their employees. They care about their customers, and their patients...and try to give them the best products and service possible. This goal is communicated right through the company ranks!

    Cons

There were no downsides to working for the company.

    Advice to Management

Put more value on your older employees. Years of experience should be valued.

    Pros

Awesome culture, great facilities, awesome people. My experience here was definitely one to envy, I highly recommend taking this internship.

    Cons

I honestly can't name any cons. As an intern, I had a few dry weeks of not much work to do, but it ended up evening out over my busy weeks.

    Advice to Management

Keep investing the large amount of time and efforts into your recruitment efforts, the better talent you get, the more responsibilities you can trust your interns with!

    Pros

Great atmosphere, a lot of happy people. Pay and benefits are great. Haven't met even one person that's lost sight of what's really important, and for a medical device company, its always the patient. The answer to every question for a project is making something better for the patient.

    Cons

Difficult to figure out what I'm supposed to do at times. People are almost too nice, in that when I ask what I should do next or what I should be working on, the response is usually "As long as you're helping out, do whatever you want!" I haven't been given enough direction to know what that means though.

    Advice to Management

Need a better training/on-boarding process. A few of the newbies I've talked to feel directionless and under utilized (myself included).
