It's nice working for a large institution. Admissions especially is a very nice environment. And the employees are mostly students, so it's not uncommon to be part time

I have been working at Boston University full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

As a graduate student in Boston University, I'm enjoying various benefits that Boston University brings to me either in researches or job opportunities.

    Cons

MIT and Harvard are just across the river. The pressure is kind of heavy. We need to work hard to break through.

    Advice to Management

The goal should always be to make Boston University and its students more competent. We shall work together.
