Working remotely is definitely a perk.

Cons

Literally no opportunity for growth. People get promoted and then oops manager forgot to submit the paperwork so no raise for you? Leadership simply cannot get a team consistently communicating in any direction (multiple emails claiming A and then B) Projects are always on fire and work life balance vanishes.

They don’t have projects in the Mumbai location. If your salary is higher, they may lay you off without giving any opportunity. There is no proper point of contact. No growth. Nothing.
