I have been working at Boutique Hotels & Resorts full-time
I have BA of Hotel management and Tourism so I wanted to collect experience as a front desk clerk in a high quality hotel with good and welcoming team and I heard many good things about this hotel
This hotel is a boutique hotel so there is one front desk employee for each shift and because of that I have no one to talk to about work or consult with, I do not have many friends from work
Advice to Management
Always try to motivate your employees with bonuses for reservation or upgrades and remind employees that a smile is a curve that straight everything.
