    Compensation of $10 a hr is ridiculous for any graduate student

    I was able to earn cash without having to leave campus. This arrangement gave me greater flexibility when trying to schedule study time.

    Pros

    A relaxed workplace. friendly environment. Real inspirational people work there. Workload calms down in the summer. The pay is good as well

    Cons

    Can get hectic because of the workload and the multiple calls we received everyday. Management is hard to contact sometimes

    There really is no down side, except the building in which I worked was historical and it needed a lot of work.

    Diverse with great educational opportunities for advancement. Educational reimbursement for courses taken at the university.

    Cons

    A lot of internal politics,cliques and alliances among the leadership.

    Advice to Management

    Need for an overall information technology and accessibility upgrade. Prince Georges Community College seems more technologically up-to-date.
