I have been working at Boys Town full-time

    Pros

Comprehensive paid training. Many opportunities for feedback and personal development. Intensive but paid training immediately after hire. You will meet many training staff with longevity well beyond 15 to 20 years.

    Cons

Mandatory 2 week training in Omaha. I don't really consider this a con, however, I could see this being a difficulty for someone with children. The training is paid and well worth the travel.

    Advice to Management

None. A lot of attention is paid to employee development and one on one time with supervisors. Feedback is paramount in this organization and it seems they have really utilized years of feedback to create an effective model.
