I worked at Boys Town full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Kids are trying hard trying to make their lives better !! Enjoy working with teachers and are interested in what it takes to improve their lives !!

    Cons

ZERO leadership from the administrators !!! No supports whatsoever from anyone. Administrators such as the principal are more interested in trivial things such as seating charts at assembles and menus for luncheons than designing programs to help these students to their full potential !!!!

    Advice to Management

Start doing your jobs !! Earn some of that money that you are being paid !! Be supportive for God's sake !!!
