    I worked at Boys & Girls Clubs of America part-time for more than a year

    Pros

    The environment was great. Everybody got along with each other. The children enjoyed coming there.

    Cons

    We had a lot of unexpected changes, but nothing to serious. Some of the field trips were unorganized, but came together at the end.

    I worked at Boys & Girls Clubs of America part-time for more than a year

    Pros

    You get a real sense of accomplishment helping out the youth who need guidance. I had a great manager who was clear and concise with what he expected out of the staff, which was to always put the kids first. A fun environment to work in, kids are awesome.

    Cons

    Dealing with admin sometimes can be a pain as they are not down in the trenches to understand staff's needs.
