    A comedy of errors.

    Pros

The members are the best part, you get to know them really quickly and bond with them. You make lasting memories and grow a set of skills in teaching and managing massive groups of them.

    Cons

Management I have no idea where to start... There is so much internal movement within the club that is impossible to predict the next move. It's not like they purposely leave you out of things, it just happens due to the amount of turmoil that exists. You get to know one guy and before you know it, they end up moving to another part of the organization before you even get a second to think about what just happened. There is no control, no order and its a shame. Salary When you sign up to be a coordinator, you are told that it is full-time. That is not true as the average workweek that someone will work in this position is around 33 hours, it may hit 40 if there is extra training or meetings happening but for the most part that's it. During the break, it becomes full-time, but just barely. Training There is no training, very little at best. It's all spread out and they happen at least once a month in a massive setting. You are supposed to have a week's worth of training before you are given a site, but that never happened to me. As such, I was left on my own to figure things out meanwhile there are six other members getting in a fight or clogging the toilet with chicken nuggets. Cliquish Outsiders are not really all that welcomed in my experience... Especially if you have little to no experience working with kiddos. There's a massive amount of jargon that you are expected to just know off the bat, and this all ties back to the lack of training.
