      I truly loved working for this company. I spent 5 years here. It was a nice stepping stone into a teaching career.

      Cons

      The pay. I wish we were paid better, or had room to get raises. Because it's a non-profit, that's not always available.

      You will learn so much here, there is tons of opportunity for developing new skills sets and trying your hand at a wide variety of tasks.

      Cons

      As it is a small non-profit, there is not a ton of room for "climbing the ladder," within the organization.

      constant hours, good teamwork, sometimes you get food

      you arent sure if you get paid since its a non-profit, now you only get 24 hours of paid time off
