    Pros

There are some really good people who work in Tulsa. They are passionate about their jobs and service to the customer.

    Cons

Like any company, faces a set of challenges that requires all the staff to unite and pull in the same direction to overcome

    Pros

The company is sold! NO MORE 'public company' drama. The mistakes made by the Delta Airlines and Nordam experts could not be overcome forcing a sell off. Coming back to normal management by people who KNOW is a big relief!

    Cons

Soon to be seen. Hopefully the work comes in and the company can rebuild.

    Braden Review

    Pros

You could make a living here with minimal effort since minimal effort is all that is expected.

    Cons

Extreme turnover, layoffs, 9am-3pm work culture, toxic office environment, non-stop blame games, very political. Expect your terms of employment, boss, peers, bonus plan, and NDA to change quarterly.

    Pros

The co-workers and support staff make this place tolerable. With the exception of anyone in a executive management role, the people are hard working and have a network to get things done. Or did until we lost everyone to layoffs or the political term RIF.

    Cons

From Global Power sucking up all the money as a parent company, that was created by Braden, to Executive management changing and re-organizing to be more like competitors and customers like GE, this company cannot decide who they are or what type of product they want to focus on. They micromanage to the bottom of the resource pool. I do not see this company staying alive in Tulsa.

    The End Is Near

    Pros

Other than there are still some good people who work there, I can't think of any good reasons to work at Braden right now. This company was once a great place to work. Those days are long gone.

    Cons

There is no personal feel like when Braden was a private and very profitable company and everyone really knew each other from the President all the way down to the bottom. It was more of a "family" atmosphere. We did fun things like cookouts in the fall during football season and in the spring. We did costume contests at Halloween among other fun things around the office that kept morale up. ALL OF THAT IS GONE, PROBABLY FOREVER. Senior management continues to dismantle the company. They have alienated their customers and as a result they can't get any work. There is a cancer that they must get rid of if they have any hope of turning the company around. Most of the long time experienced employees that have vast knowledge of the product who were either fired or laid off are now taking that knowledge to Braden’s competitors and taking the work away from Braden. The customers aren’t stupid. They see and hear things and they know what has been going on. You see, when you have cancer and you have surgery to cut it out, you have to cut it ALL out. If you leave just a little, the cancer is still there and will spread once again.

    Venomous Atmosphere

    Pros

Flex time and benefits "are/were" decent when I was there

    Cons

Good ol' boys club that started and still maintains the companies death walk. Unfortunately, management has changed so much the last 18 months I was there (from CEO's to VP's) that adequate time isn't allowed or even available to figure that out. In the mean time...customers and stock holders SUFFER!
