    Great but expensive medical benefits

    Cons

    Poor morale, raises on hold for several years. If they do approve raises they are tiny.

    Sometimes upper management can be stagnant and refuses to look at new ideas as possible improvements

    Stop being afraid to implement new changes to existing processes when there are faster and more efficient ways to get the job done
