    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Bradley University part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Flexible and easy scheduling for shifts, as well as making changes and substitutions, administration understands the time requirements of being a student

    Cons

Some of the organization and planning feels like it could be improved (last second changes or confusion during events) but employee input on improvements feels insulated from the process of being implemented.

    Advice to Management

Meetings with employees to openly address issues or processes that can be improved for future events and programs.

I have been working at Bradley University part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I was mostly pleased with my experience in the Admissions Office. It was a great place to meet people and network, as well as a great way to get hands on experience in admissions.

    Cons

There was a lot of work that was redundant and some of it was purposeless. I also did not like the amount of paperwork involved.

    Advice to Management

    Reduce Redundancy to increase efficiency.
