    I worked at Bradley University

    Pros

My advisor was incredibly understanding of my varying, often intense academic and co-curricular schedule. They were willing to work with me as much as possible to make sure that I maintained a high GPA and solid involvement in organizations outside of the classroom while still holding me accountable.

    Cons

It is a part time student employee position so there really are no benefits and the pay is minimum wage.

    Advice to Management

I have no advice to give at this time. Keep doing what you're doing.

I worked at Bradley University for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great experience. You understand topics much better when you're teaching another person. The person I reported to was polite. You get to work when you want to, which is huge. The tutoring center was nice in my opinion.

    Cons

Not really any cons. Since it was a school job, I understand it being minimum wage.

I have been working at Bradley University part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

If you are a student, it is hard to beat walking to work in 5 minutes.

    Cons

The minimum wage and broken up hours make it difficult to make any money while working as a student.

    Advice to Management

Figure out how to come up with more competitive pays for supervisors or after working in a specific area for x amount of years.
