- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Learned a lot about prospecting that most companies don't teach. I'm an AE at another company now and have had good success. What I learned prospecting has helped me out a lot
Cons
Have to be in the role a while before moving to an AE position. But that's pretty much anywhere
- Current Employee, more than 10 years★★★★★
Pros
Leadership cares about employees and there is great personal growth potential.
Cons
A lot of changing strategies.
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Used to be amazing. Full of bright and eager people, clear values and aspirations.
Cons
Since the BTC aquisition we have lost most of the former company. Values, ethics, everything tossed straight down the drain. It sucks to work here now and people are abandoning ship at every possible opportunity. BTC couldn't care less about BSK employees. They only want to be the biggest sales enablement company and don't care about the amazing people they lose in the meantime. David keane is slimy at best and downright unethical at worst.

Pros
Benefits, time off, people, environment
Cons
Slow, PTO, management, platform and training
- Current Employee, more than 8 years★★★★★
Pros
Company-wide transparency, WFH, flexible hours, good work-life balance.
Cons
Not too many here as I really enjoy working here. If I had to pick one its would be not super diverse especially in leadership roles!
- Current Employee, more than 8 years★★★★★
Pros
The Teamwork from the people is great. I Enjoy the fellowship of colleagues. There is a really great sales team.
Cons
Closing the physical office after the pandemic, although understandable in some ways, could diminish the great teamwork and esprit de corps of the company.
- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Some nice people, free beer
Cons
Exec team with zero vision

Pros
Lots of perks with dining out, nice hotels and unwatched expense accounts
Cons
Lack product innovations, CEO seem to have a lot of time on his hands after 15+ years in role, 'good ole boys' club mentality.
