    Pros

Brainworks is a fun company to work for where you can express yourself freely and grow creatively.

    Cons

A lot of travel (not sure if that's a con but it's true).

    Pros

They give you plenty of time to learn a complex system and never make you feel stupid when you are in the learning stages. Great people to work with!

    Cons

The pay is below where it should be for this position within a company of this stature.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work and encouraging words.

I have been working at Brainworks full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people by far is the number one reason to work for this company. They are the kind of people who support you and will go to bat for you. They pay you what you're worth is number two. There are opportunities to move up if you want them.

    Cons

You will work hard ... that's not really a con.

I have been working at Brainworks full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Every employee has the same objectives which is to continuously make innovation, great software and deliver great customer service before and after implementation. The morale is high and you can see that upper management genuinely cares about their work colleagues. Overall, this company has a strong, clear direction of where it is going in the near future and I am excited to be a part of this team!

    Cons

Happy to report no cons to list!

I worked at Brainworks part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The managers worked around my school schedule so I mostly worked weekends. They were very lenient about my schedule hours.

    Cons

The pay is significantly less than industry standards and one of the managers was pretty uptight about how things were done such as explaining mathematical concepts, wrongfully believed there was only one correct way to explaining certain concepts.

    Advice to Management

Allow a wider use of analogies for the explanation of concepts and let the tutors do their jobs as they have the knowledge fresh in their memory from recent experiences going through school.

    Pros

The team members are the sharpest group of people I've worked with.

    Cons

There is no feedback from above; there is no annual review; there is too much work for too few people.

    Advice to Management

    Provide feedback to employeed.
