    Pros

The everyday people, that actually make the place run, are awesome!

    Cons

Lack of leadership, no clear direction for future sales with coal industry reduced, Top leadership has a good ol' boys mentality. If you aren't part of the club or one of them has an issue you might as well forget it.

    Advice to Management

Start looking past just one VP running the show on everything and pursue real leadership, not a culture of fear if you aren't part of the club. Stop running your production schedule just off of hot rush jobs.

I worked at Brake Supply full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The only pro. About this company is that they will pay you for every hour that you work.

    Cons

    1. Their insurance offered in the Wyoming area is not accepted by most. 2. Management will listen to area's of concern, but will not act on them. 3. Very disorganized to all area's of operation, from day to day operations of warehouse to packaging and placement of cargo for securement to insure safety to the public and it's driver's.
    4. Lack of concern for it's core values of customer service. Poor leadership in all area's of operation and failure to address area's of concern and safety when brought to the current management.
This company will terminate without cause or discerns.

    Advice to Management

A complete and full audit and review of the Casper Wyoming location is long over due by Koch Enterprises. Ranging from policy and procedures to the day to day operations of the entire facility along with addressing the proper procedures in safety and warehousing and transportation. This area should also include but not limited to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and the State of Wyoming building Fire Code for storing and the use of Hazardous Materials. along with O.S.H.A. guidelines of allowing employees to perform work while alone on premises.

    Pros

Good place to learn new challenges

    Cons

    Unrealistic budget expectations
Determined to operate within the coal industry, regardless of outlook.

    Advice to Management

Find new markets to sell services to. Coal is dead.
