    I worked at Brakes India full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    If you selected as a engineer you will be defenitely have a growing future till retirement.. otherwise trainee is waste.

    Cons

    If you are a trainee it's not useful when you may work in production or other related works.. you can't be confirmed..

    Advice to Management

    Please try to help others. And don't play with youngsters life. Because difficult to search a job again..

    Good place for working , Nice and comfortable zone of work nature , For me this organization only given a life ,.. Hats off to the Management and founder of TVS,.. Surely we can survived here

    Cons

    6 days of working days is a draw back for Us, Because here we r worked so longtime with 5 days of working days in a week, .. This change is some what horrible for us

    Very good company to learn many things. Manufacturing process is really good.

    Very slow growth. Very less increment.

    Managers are over worked and burned, have no quality time to spend with family, no healthy ideas coming out
