    Pros

Great group of people that are very tight knit and definitely work as a team.

    Cons

Their venture to merge with a Portland, OR company didn't make sense and confused a lot of current projects and clients. Always looking for new business.

    Advice to Management

Great values as a Denver team, however the expansion seemed a bit unrealistic, and some outside ventures seemed unrealistic.

    Pros

BrandJuice offer an environment where you get to work with great colleagues and great clients, and is always pushing the envelop in how to execute consumer research. The small company atmosphere provide growth opportunities

    Cons

BrandJuice is resource constrained making growth a challenge. It is also makes bringing in world class talent a challenge and constrains the ability to develop training programs and resources.

    Advice to Management

Create new revenue opportunities is great, but it can also hurt the existing business due to lack of focs on what the hirstorical core compentency of the business can be. We need to find a way to consistently bring new business in the door.
