    Pros

Good salary, prompt service most of the time, professional staff, pretty good communication, get to work where you want. I like it.

    Cons

You have to fill out one billion forms and you have to fax them in at your own expense. That sucked. Plus they aren't always prompt on sending you stuff.

    Advice to Management

Please be more responsive to your people in the field and more thoughtful about someone who's been laid off for months having to fax in documents.

I worked at Brandon Consulting Associates as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

nothing at all run - beware and run

    Cons

One word sums them up - FRAUD. They present themselves to be something they are not. The only thing they care about is the money get from their clients.

They pay at all. They setup a bimonthly pay schedule to make sure they get their money first, while you wait to get it after so much time has passed.

They are not to be trusted at all. They are rude, uncaring and the shadiest agency around.

    Cons

Pay was quite low, no benefits were offered, no real commission, just one time placement fee, office building was very old and outdated

I have been working at Brandon Consulting Associates as a contractor

    Pros

    nothing nothing nothing nothing nothing

    Cons

They conduct bogus interviews on critical job positions to get into jobs themselves. Very small firm, mostly immigrants, they are looking for someone's resume and to do some fraud by copy pasting and sending their hoard of illiterates to client base

May be not for serious/senior professionals
    Poor benefits
