I have been working at Brandon & Clark full-time

    Pros

Great support, good benefits, love the time off accumulation system! Just a fantastic company to work for. If I'd not moved 1500 miles to be near family I'd have never left.

    Cons

Not many. Occasional lack of communication between departments, but not much else.

    Advice to Management

Maybe don't press more established employees to use "innovative" new programs as long as the way they do it is working.

    Pros

-The Clarks are great people to work for and have management set in place.
-There is a very family oriented atmosphere there.
-Good production bonuses in addition to the Christmas bonuses; not all companies do this.
-Supervisors are open to the employee learning, but it is very trial by fire - which in the long run is not a bad thing, its just an initial sharp learning curve.

    Cons

    - They do not provide a lot of vacation time.
