I have been working at Brandscapes Worldwide full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Have been a part of the BSW family for quite some time now. One word that comes to mind when thinking of our Company - "Amazing". Everything is just amazing here...

    Amazing Company
    Super helpful Colleagues
    Best Managers
    Amazing Leaders
    Wide range of Opportunities

A young company (not in the Industry) but we are a 'young at heart' company. If you have the zeal and want to make a mark then BSW is the place to be.

Have seen the BSW exponential growth over the years, this is because its a people company. They do focus on its employee 1st.

    Thank you BSW.

    Cons

    Very difficult to think of.
Issues at corporates are very generic, so nothing to flag.

    Advice to Management

As i mentioned, BSW is a people company. Management is doing their best to let us happy.

I have been working at Brandscapes Worldwide full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I have been with Brandscapes for more than 6 years and length of stay in the company speaks volumes about how I feel working here. The flexibility provided aids in maintaining a proper work-life balance. The innovative approach always makes one go that extra mile and think beyond obvious. The only company that will give International exposure as well as gives you an opportunity to learn about other practices, you are not only limited to your practice area. Completely open culture, seniors are more of mentors rather than the task masters. New ideas are welcomed from everyone.

    Cons

Only at times, due to time differences, you may be required to work long hours, however thats not a constant phenomenon.

    Advice to Management

    Nothing specific

I worked at Brandscapes Worldwide full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There are no pros at all

    Cons

It is a horrible place to work at.
You have to be a bosses puppet, say 'yes sir' on every demand, stay late nights, while he goes and enjoys, and they wont even give you cab facility if your sitting late night, neither food
They wont ask you to come on friday, they will straight away demand for it
And if you by chance try to say no, they will make your life hell
The best part is employees go crying to the HR about it, and the HR will tell you to be good to your boss, listen to whatever he says and mend relations with him
However unwell you may be, if there is work they will make you sit, suffer and work
Since its a small and mean organisation, that only wants to make profits and doesnt care about its employees but rather pretends to, the senior management will take tasks from clients on short deadlines to show that they are efficient and then will put it on d mid and lower level staff and will take all the credit themselves

    Advice to Management

    Stop treating employees like slaves

I worked at Brandscapes Worldwide full-time

    Pros

Pay is ok and less work(sometimes)

    Cons

Well it was a nightmare to work with such illiterate and political mind colleagues. Don't know whether I was working in a research firm or some kitty party. You work late night, handle work efficiently, give your best doesn't matter to management, they will listen what useless seniors feel about you. Listing down some point which may help you to rethink before you join this company.
    1) No work life balance
    2) Full of politics
    4) No canteen
    5) No transport
    6) No role of HR
    7) Decision taken by few people. Once they have decided, you have no one to listen
    8) No job security (they can fire you anytime)
    9) Company is dependent on limited clients(just 2-3).
    10) No interesting work. Mostly copy paste.
    11) No night allowance
    12) Unhygienic work place
    13) Weekend works (they say it's expected)
    14) High attrition (they are not interested in retaining some real talents)
    15) They will offer you nice CTC but most of the part is of bonus and variable which they will pay you in July(intentionally as they know hiring happens in other companies during March and April)
And the list goes on and on.

    Advice to Management

    It will be useless.
