I have been working at Brandy Melville part-time

    Pros

You can make some really good friends and the environment is pretty nice.

    Cons

You are looked at as "easily replaceable" and they don't care about any hard work you do. The managers aren't always the nicest, i think they get some sort of power kick from "managing Brandy Melville" NOT all managers but a few. It really isn't that amazing of a thing to work there.

    Advice to Management

Focus a lot more on customer service, it could help a lot and it isn't that difficult to train the staff to do better. The company as a whole should care more about hard working employees.

    Pros

Laid back environment. My co workers was the only reason I stayed. The break system at my store was odd but I got large amounts of paid breaks.

    horrible management.
Closing can either take 30 minutes or multiple hours.
    Extremely unprofessional work environment.
Forced to take a daily outfit picture that is sent to higher ups.

    Advice to Management

Stop asking your staff to take outfit pictures. It looks bad in your part.
