      Great people, questionable leadership.

      Pros

Smart, talented employees, and a strong international presence

      Cons

Most employees repeatedly go above and beyond to prove themselves in the competitive environment, but are still are under compensated for their skills/contributions. Upper-management seems out of touch with the issues the average employee deals with daily.

A Lesson in How Bad A Company Can Be

      Pros

The US office was full of mostly fun, enjoyable people. The clients and the work, at the time, were interesting

      Cons

NO communication or organization constantly changing bosses who lack competence They should be ashamed at the degree to which they underpay and swindle their employees. Communication run in circles and no now is ever properly informed Absolutely do NOT recommend bothering with this company, even if you are desperate for your first job.

      Pros

The pay works. People are fun.

      Cons

If you're looking to develop your career this is certainly not the place. Direction of the company is off, product knowledge transfer is a complete disaster & lots of confusion as to what the real value offering is.

      Pros

      - Really cool working space - Great group of people to work with - Diverse team - Free gym

      Cons

Having worked at Brave Bison for only almost a year there has been a lot of changes. From what I heard the company before my time and during is they would switch the overall strategy every 6 months, often leaving people in roles they did not sign up for and at risk of redundancy. There was often decisions made by SMT that had devastating affects on Mid-level to junior staff and the business as a whole as they were made without proper consultation beforehand. Some mid-level staff play their cards close to their chest and can often not be very approachable or open-minded. Probably as a result of what was a very toxic work environment over the last couple of years. Sometimes too many levels of sign-off to get something through as opposed to just going out and trying it first.

      Good workplace

      Pros

The work that Brave Bison produces is great with some really interesting clients and projects coming through the door. I like the way they do quite a few things as it keeps things lively! They're flexible about working from home and understanding of things like mental health issues, leaving early for doctors etc

      Cons

There's been such a high turnover of staff that someone will leave and the team won't even know about it - a culture of hiring & firing definitely doesn't work. It's a shame that management has changed so much too as it does create a sort of unsettling environment but I've heard that the latest management seem to want to stick around for a while now. It also seems that people's roles change around a lot and not sure this is welcomed by everyone
