I worked at Bravo Consulting full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good coworkers. Good for someone straight out of college to gain experience. Great happy hourse with coworkers if you're into socializing.

    Cons

Zero chance at advancement and managerial issues. Pay doesn't necessarily meet expectations after you realize you could make more elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

Be a little more forthcoming when it comes to how much you're likely to make.

    Pros

This company has great projects and work flexibility. Projects range from nonprofit, tech and digital media. Work/life balance is a definite positive!

    Cons

As a freelance company there are quite a few gaps between projects which makes it challenging to plan for long-term projects.

    Advice to Management

It would be helpful to have a dedicated business development person to procure projects and RFPs. Management team is very good at communicating time lines.
