    Pros

good seasoned mgmt in some areas. weathered ups and downs of economy. depending on which department, someone could really learn a lot if new to industry or at beginning of career.

    Cons

benefits: pay is decent/average but upended by cost of benefits. not to complain too much as just having benefits these days is a blessing but it could be better. premiums/deductibles are high, coverage not the best...

mgmt: there is always two sides to a coin... some have their own agenda, do not listen, out for themselves and quick to place blame. a lot of internal politics (maybe true in many companies).

employees: though work hours are fairly regular, many are still overloaded. attention not evenly given across all areas of the business. no effort to keep actual talent.

future: this company have done some things right in 30+ years of existence. there are efforts to bring in new blood, better talent but it needs to be the right type of talent and the right type of mgmt (easier said than done)... reviews are tough and one person's opinion is just that, one opinion of many...

    Advice to Management

focus on the many issues at hand instead of creating new ones

I worked at Bray Controls USA full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Hours were ok. Pay was average. Challenging atmosphere. Great guys to work with in the warehouse and assembly line. Some of management was ok.

    Cons

Insurance costs way to much for what you get. Micromanagement, no one wants to take responsibilty for mess ups. Management/Owners needs to get rid of the attitude of "The customer signs your paychecks". If you take care of your employees, then in return your employees will take care of the customers. Cameras everywhere and that isn't really a bad thing if used for the right reasons.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. 1 bad manager can/will run off your good employees
