    Pros

Best tradesmen around to work with but unappreciated and under paid.

    Cons

There is a lack of opportunity to grow and learn.

    Advice to Management

If you hire from outside the "good old boys system and kin folks" for upper management and field supervision position, you would probably experience some growth instead of being in the same stagnant position for years.
