Overall, my experience at Bread Financial was a positive one. For the following reasons I stayed for over 3 years and only left when I was handed an opportunity by a close friend that I would have been a fool to pass up: Management actually cares about their employees and treats everyone like a human being worthy of respect (it sounds like a small thing, but it makes a huge difference). The pay was great and raises more than kept up with the rate of inflation every year. My team was exceptional. I loved working with them and being surrounded by so many competent, intelligent people made me excited to work as part of a team. I experienced few interactions with customers that were anything less than pleasant. Most customers were incredibly polite, and any time I did have to deal with a rude customer I felt empowered to step away from the conversation at any point if they crossed a line.
There were few, if any, cons to working for this company. Like I said I only left because I was handed a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and even the managers I didn’t have constant and direct contact with during my time there were happy for me.Bread Financial Response5mo
