Pros
Clearly articulate future vision to employees through all communication channels

Lack strategic framework to bring vision to life; lean on the back of the customer to generate income that is easily handed to the client or the BOD/Upper Management

Pros
Phenomenal organization! Competitive pay and benefits – actually much better than most other competitors! You cannot beat the workplace culture. It is employee centric – changes are made based our thoughts and our voices. Feedback is actively solicited through multiple channels – whatever works best for each person! There is so much transparency and communication. It is a really big, successful growth company, so we can expect change in order to remain successful. That said, we are always informed not just about upcoming changes, but the reason behind the changes, then they check in with us to see how we are adapting to find any potential ways of improvement. Who does that? It’s no wonder that the employees always vote for Alliance Data as a best place to work – it really is! They pay most of the cost of my meals from the café, have onsite infirmaries in case you are not feeling well, you get A LOT of vacation time and there is so much promotional opportunities. We have leadership programs, training classes, online classes, internal internships, career enrichment programs… and we get PAID to learn and work on our personal growth! There’s also free financial classes, wellness classes, health checkups, preventative healthcare screening, Zumba classes, relaxations rooms… they really take care of their employees. I feel like I matter. People really care about you! The same business model and culture is applied at every single location. It's like their DNA. I honestly believe that if people complain about working here it’s because they are “that person” that no one wants to have on their team. But here’s the thing – even when someone says or does something offensive, they first assume positive intent and seek to understand what and why something happened. I have to believe that this is why the company is so successful. Someone that is happy, respected and valued at work will want to do a good job – I know I do! When you have 10,000 employees, you will find some “bad eggs” that try to bring others down. It’s interesting. You never feel like you are working for a big corporation, but it feels more like they are working for you. And for your neighborhood and your community. I get paid to volunteer and help others at children’s hospitals, food banks, and tons of other places. It is rare to find a company like this one – I am so lucky to work here!!
Cons
If you can be adaptable and are open to driving positive change, this is the place for you. If you need things to stay the same day in and day out, you won't find that here. There is predictability, but as external factors change (economy, digital age, etc.), the company will also change, otherwise we would be left behind in the dark ages - no thank you :)

Pros
The hourly and bonuses are ok. 76 hours of pto every year.
Cons
Everything about this company is horrible. The worst managers you can think of. You work with the worst people that have zero communication skills and are illiterate. Unethical doesn’t even begin to describe this company. If you have any hope for your future I urge you, please do not waste your time!
