    Pros

Free food, and not a bad pay if you make sandwiches.

    Cons

The company implemented a 15% pay-cut a couple years back. BUT, they still keep spending money on unnecessary items. The company doesn't give raises, but promotes people instead based on performance and availability. So, if you can't work certain days or hours, you could be stuck there for years making the same amount as a newbie.

I worked at Bread & Company full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Learning how NOT to manage a company. You kind of have to figure out how to manage one by yourself.
You will meet a lot of wonderful people, both guests and coworkers.

    Cons

No consistency, no accountably, no workable business model, etc. The list goes on. Goldfish could run the company better.

    Advice to Management

    1) Care about your business. 2) Learn how to properly hold everyone in EVERY department accountable. 3) Set your teams up for success because when you don't, by default, you set them up for failure.

I worked at Bread & Company full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Other than the occasional nice and respectful Manager you may run into. Their scheduling system was quite fair.

    Cons

Favortism. Disrespect. Customers allowed to treat you horribly. Be prepared for working by yourself, due to their high turnover, and they cant keep anyone. There is no recognition what so ever. No Raises. Opportunity for advancement is BOGUS.

    Advice to Management

you should treat employees better. A little respect goes a long way. Listen.

I worked at Bread & Company full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The food allowance..$12 a day you get for "free" food
High turn over rate, so you could get an easy job

    Cons

No room for growth other than ast. management
No set schedule, and you have to ask for weekends off
    No raises or reviews
No 15 min breaks, just an unpaid 30 for a shift over 6hrs
Over head management, doesn't know what they're doing
    The list goes on...

    Advice to Management

Not worth my time or breath

    I worked at Bread & Company part-time

    Pros

Great staff and relationships between staff members, excellent food made exactly how the customer wants, well organized, clean. Great place!

    Cons

While it was a great experience working at Bread and Company, it can be hard to get a lot of hours, especially with shorter work days in the summer.

    Pros

a very good company to work for I hope I could stay with this company for many years more !!!

    Cons
