    I worked at BreadTalk Group

    Pros

Great working colleagues, good discount for Breadtalk Group brands.

    Cons

Direct supervisor micro managing everything, ruling based on fear. No appreciation for good work but extrem negativity around perceived mistakes. 1 wrong step and you are a goner. Favouritism at its best. Only a handful employees have it going for them.
