Current Employee - Maintenance Supervisor in Avon, OH
    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Brickman full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Decent pay, little to no supervision

    Cons

No work life balance, management is 'honesty challenged', unfulfilled promised from managment, high turnover, rampet drug use among crew memebers, constant change in directives

    Advice to Management

Stop lying to employees, (107% turnover in 4 months at the branch i worked at. stop not doing services you contratually promise to clients in order to make up for absurd overhead costs (the most common phrase management used in my tenure was "skip it if we can get away with it")
