I worked at Brickman
Brickman has a lot of valuable customers, and contracts, making the work challenging. Salary was fair.
Long hours were expected, usually 12-13 hour days, with no time off when times were slow. Company became overly focused on profit margins rather than focused on customers.
Advice to Management
Focus on work/life balance and on customer satisfaction, rather than profit margin. If your employees and customers are happy, the profits will come.Brickman2010-01-05
