    Pros

If there were any they were short termed.

    Cons

Lack of leadership, most have since been fired, incompetence was everywhere. A fine example of academic types having little or no real world experience. Literally nobody knows about running like a business - just make it look like things work. There is a false culture almost as if a cult where people blindly revere the founder and espouse ideals they do not in fact practice. There's some really nasty news about Bridgepoint and their schools if you care to dig for it.

    Advice to Management

Stay there because you will likely not find work elsewhere. Employees, potential new hires, students and shareholders are becoming aware and have other options.

    Pros

fun culture, issues resolved promptly, good benefits, great learning experience for future jobs. coaching when needed and support when the job gets to be a bit much. overall, its not an easy job but its rewarding when you improve in the role

    Cons

the initial training could be more directed at the actual job. was vague and seemed like a waste of time in the bigger picture. it can be a constant battle of getting hung up on and yelled at. need to have a tough skin to do this job

    Advice to Management

the initial training needs to be more effective. the AI training was fantastic, but the new hires need something effective so that they can start to build good habits right away.

    Pros

The pay is good here. You have the ability to work over time and make a decent amount. The company is working to become a "Great Place to Work." They provide their workers with good vision and dental benefits.

    Cons

The grind! Making 200+ dails per day can get exhausting. Many people who work here are only here to collect a paycheck. There's a lot of negativity on the floor which causes people to stress.

    Advice to Management

Plan more team outtings. Don't be cheap with the monthly budget they give you! Crate a culture of people who look forward to coming to work, even if the highlight of their day is their co workers. Treat people with respect and you shall see that in return.

    Pros

Great people to work with on individual level. Majority of people are working towards becoming a great place to work. Management is mostly hands off. Great vacation and bankers holidays.

    Cons

Buddy system has moved some into management that aren't qualified - good people leave for better pay or working circumstances which results in higher workloads of remaining workers. Management is so focused on making the company a "great place to work' for a survey that they skew statistics.

    Advice to Management

Overall seems to be making progress - belt tightening is tough; Retention of talent should be a bigger concern. A profit sharing program might retain or motivate some employees.
