I have been working at Bridgetree part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Bridget Foy's offers a great community environment to work in. The whole staff is friendly with each other and you do not feel like you are one of many cogs in a machine. It is very easy to get time off if you need it.

    Cons

Sometimes it is frustrating how the kitchen is not in sync with the front of house staff.

    Advice to Management

The website could use an update.

    Negative Outlook

    Pros

Can work from home. Nothing else.

    Cons

The CEO is an Indian guy. Unless you are white or Indian, you will not be treated well in this company. Stay away from this company. It is a very cheap place. All programming and development work have been out-sourced to Indian.

    Advice to Management

Don't hire a guy who does not know how to treat employees equally as CEO.

I worked at Bridgetree full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The working atmosphere there is very relax and you will have a good chance to enhance your knowledge. there is some training courses for employees' self-development.

    Cons

The salary is just OK, But when compare to the work load you get it's pretty fine. employees are not so motivated to develop themselves, so that sometimes they don't join the interesting training.
