    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

    Pros

Can work from home. Nothing else.

    Cons

The CEO is an Indian guy. Unless you are white or Indian, you will not be treated well in this company. Stay away from this company. It is a very cheap place. All programming and development work have been out-sourced to Indian.

    Advice to Management

Don't hire a guy who does not know how to treat employees equally as CEO.

I have been working at Bridgetree full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    > Impatience at time at the top level.
    > Need more focused approach for achieving results.
    > Kind of a flat structure and at times lacks ownership at different levels.
    > Overly complicated IT policies for a small organization that we are.
    > Lacks growth oriented thinking. Operational level planning could be better.

    Cons

    > Great clients and great projects, been a stable company for last 20 years.
    > Takes good care of the employees, and pays them well
    > Top leadership of Mark Beck, Chris Tally, Darryl Yamashita and Mark Malone is good and honest. Probably the most honest executives around.
    > Exposure to new technology
    > Focus on learning and development. Had a great Dale Carnegie Leadership session just a month back in Kolkata office.

    Advice to Management

Try to shed some more weight at the top and hold people accountable for the job they are responsible for.

I worked at Bridgetree full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The working atmosphere there is very relax and you will have a good chance to enhance your knowledge. there is some training courses for employees' self-development.

    Cons

The salary is just OK, But when compare to the work load you get it's pretty fine. employees are not so motivated to develop themselves, so that sometimes they don't join the interesting training.
