    Pros

Recently moved over from Guaranteed Rate and it's been great so far. Way less stressful in terms of corporate politics and executive a** kissing, lots of opportunity to be challenged and positively impact the business if you have the aptitude, super nice people to work with, and the flexibility to work hours that balance work-life.

    Cons

To be honest none so far. I'm sure there will be challenges, but everyone I've meet genuinely loves working here.

    Advice to Management

Keep the foot on the gas! Let's keep growing!

    Pros

Great atmosphere. Training program that gives you the basic's with the Mortgage industry. Management is very encouraging and helpful. Great place to begin a career.

    Cons

With the mortgage market changing everyday there needs to be a very solid back end process which needed work during my tenure. This was improving but to capture the best product for clients needs everyone on the team working together.

    Advice to Management

Look into ways to filter our leads. A lot of the information we received was old or had incorrect contact info. Definitely headed in the right direction.
