I have been working at Bridgewater Interiors full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great place to work. I just wish they were more competitive when it comes to salary. I would never want to leave.

    Cons

This place doesn't pay enough. I always consider looking for another job because other places make more money doing the same job. Loyalty only goes so far.

    Pros

The company is a good company to work for. They care about their people and have a lot of events to express that. My role allowed some flexibility as it pertains to having to flex my time due to personal issues and I had understanding managers.

    Cons

This position is 24/7. You can and will receive phone calls all times of the night. There are some things that you can do to prevent this from happening so much but it will not eliminate it.
